2. Homebuyer Education

Complete an approved 8-hour homebuyer counseling course & meet 1-to-1 with a housing counselor

3. Get Pre-Approved

Obtain mortgage pre-approval from a CLT-friendly lender

4. Apply to the CLT

Submit your application and join the CLT waiting list

5. Sign the Ground Lease

Sign the 99-year renewable ground lease with the CLT

6. Close & Move In
